I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who obtained my Masters of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. I specialize in helping adolescents, teens, young adults, parents, and families navigate life's challenges. This can include trauma, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, attachment issues, neurodivergence, and generational trauma. Whether it's supporting a teen who feels misunderstood, a young adult finding their independence, or a family healing together, I offer compassion paired with practical tools to spark real change.

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and person-centered. I walk alongside clients as they reflect on experiences, identify patterns, and tap into strengths that often go unnoticed. I equip clients with strategies to regulate emotions, set healthy boundaries, strengthen relationships, and build resilience. For me, therapy isn't just about managing difficulties; it's about breaking cycles, rediscovering inner strength, and creating a life that feels balanced.
