LSW

I am a Licensed Social Worker and I completed my education from Indiana Wesleyan University as a MSW graduate. I work with teens adults and young adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, substance use and life transitions. I have an extensive experience working with clients that have experienced trauma through physical and sexual abuse.

When working with clients, I use Cognitive behavioral therapy aimed to help clients feel more emotionally regulated and settled. I also use Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy aimed at creating healthier coping mechanisms so that clients can better manage intrusive thoughts.

My goal as a therapist is to foster a non-judgmental environment and create an opportunity for clients to be most open and expressive to reach their goals. I enjoy the process of helping clients get to a more emotionally balanced place of being.
