Julie Prairie Hinze is a dedicated Art Therapist who believes in the transformative power of creativity to support healing, self-expression, and connection. Her work is grounded in trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and person-centered practices that honor each individual's unique experiences, strengths, and goals. Julie has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, neurodiverse individuals, people with disabilities across the lifespan, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
Through individual and group art therapy, Julie creates inclusive and affirming spaces where clients can explore emotions, develop coping skills, strengthen self-awareness, and engage in meaningful creative expression. She is passionate about helping clients recognize and build upon their strengths, especially during times of challenge, uncertainty, or transition.
