With a strong background in nonprofit management, MacKenzie excels in fostering a productive and harmonious work environment that impacts the greater good in her community. MacKenzie graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, with a minor in nonprofit management from Olivet Nazarene University. She is adept at managing diverse teams and aligning their efforts with organizational goals, ensuring that every team member feels valued and motivated.
Outside of work, MacKenzie enjoys being outside soaking up the sun with her family and volunteering with local community initiatives. She is passionate about both personal and community development, and can't wait to watch you thrive, when you journey with our team!
