Lesley Jackson

Lesley Jackson is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Registered Art Therapist. Her goal and intention are to bring forth a safe and supportive space for those seeking relief from mental suffering. To achieve this objective, she utilizes the creative process in her practice to access information and emotions that cannot be processed in a verbal manner.
Lesley has experience working with individuals ages 5-55 years of age. In addition, she has experience working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, and psychosis.
Lesley utilizes an integrative approach in her practice, which looks at an individual as more than just a diagnosis; the individual is a complex being with a worldview and specific set of values and codes. By utilizing the art-making process, she helps the individual process and explore cognitive and emotional functioning and sustain mental wellbeing.
